Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and review account balances - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - Monitor cash flow and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA certification preferred - Proven experience as a Comptroller or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts - Proficiency in Sage accounting software - Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Strong organizational and time management skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
